Building on the success of the existing ‘Advantage’ flea treatment, product range, Bayer Animal Health introduced the new Advantix product to the market.
Bayer required an inexpensive but highly visible and practical tool to initiate & support the launch of Advantix into the NZ Market, to encourage customers to purchase and instantly gratifying the purchaser with a free reflective dog collar.
August Dean Promotions was asked to help assist the launch of Advantix through developing a free giveaway of a value added item. August Dean Promotions developed the reflective dog collar. It was an item that cleverly linked & reinforced the responsibilities for the well being of dog and also would act as a reminder to the dog owners to make the regular purchases necessary to keep up the doses required of Advantix to keep fleas/ticks etc under control.
Posters and coupons, with Pack and Supporting Material enclosed, supported the promotion.
Bayer Animal Health was extremely pleased with the reaction and the results form the promotion, especially with the positive feedback, they received from customers.
